Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions of bail imposed on 03.09.2025 while the petitioner was released on bail.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Having considered the overall circumstances and the report reflecting that all the important witnesses have been examined by the prosecution, I am of the view that the conditions earlier imposed be hereby waived.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is allowed.
