...for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Haldia to dispose of the Title Suit No. 103 of 2020 expeditiously.

Mr. Ram Krishna Chandra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that March 5, 2025 was fixed for framing of issues.

He further submits that till date issues have not yet been framed.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite party or the learned advocates representing the opposite party before the learned Trial Judge. From the order sheet appended, this Court finds that November 17, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the put up petition dated January 24, 2025.

Considering the fact that the suit has been filed sometimes in the month of July, 2020, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Haldia is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 103 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (1) year from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. With the aforesaid observations and directions, CO No. 3062 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
