The petitioner complains that their part of the property was grabbed by the private respondents who happens to be their relations.

The police authorities have submitted a report which reflects that, admittedly, the petitioners have their right over the property complained of. But, after the petitioners left the place for residing elsewhere, the same was occupied by the

other inhabitants.

Having regard to the nature of the complaint which has been made, until and unless, appropriate civil court passes any direction(s), it would be difficult for the police authorities to take steps.

However, as the police authorities have kept a strict vigil, they would continue their surveillance in case the petitioners intend to visit the property.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19469 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioners.
