1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim housewife shows that she was set on fire by the petitioner/husband. Medical report corroborates her statement. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
