1. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Station Manager, Fulbari Customer Care Centre to dispose of Annexure P-9 to the writ petition. The same is a representation dated July 20, 2024 filed by the petitioner praying for restoration of supply. All the issues raised by either party will be decided by the authority. A hearing shall be given to the petitioner and reasoned order shall be communicated. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date communication of this order.

2. This court has not expressed any opinion on the arguments put forward by either party.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.

4. All the parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
