The receipt showing submission of deficit court fees is taken on record.

The petitioners seek 'A' category scale of pay on and from the next date of their completion of the examination of the training course.

The issue in question whether the candidate will receive 'A' category scale of pay on and from the date of declaration of the result or from the next date of conclusion of the examination of the course has been conclusively decided by this Court by passing several judgments.

It is no longer res integra that a candidate is entitled to receive 'A' category scale of pay on and from

the next date of completion of the examination of the training course.

In the instant case, the examination was concluded on 16th March, 2019. The petitioners will be entitled to receive 'A' category scale of pay on and from the next date of completion of the examination i.e. 17th March, 2019.

The District Inspector of Schools is directed to process the case of the petitioner and ensure that the petitioners are paid 'A' category scale of pay on and from 17th March, 2019. The payment including all arrears shall be cleared at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
