The said report reflects that charges have been framed and the trial is at the nascent stage before the learned sessions court. Having considered that the accused person was granted anticipatory bail in CRM 7372 of 2019 which is the subject-matter of challenge, I am of the view that the present application is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail being CRM 8545 of 2019 is dismissed.
