For the Petitioner The subject-matter of challenge relates to the order dated 15.5.2023 passed by the Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 4th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas in Criminal Revision No. 181 of 2018. The Learned Revisional Court was pleased to award the interim maintenance to the tune of Rs.20,000/- per month from the date of filing of the application. The foundation of the Learned Revisional Court was on the basis of the salary receipt of October, 2022. Having considered the reasons so assigned by the Learned Revisional Court, I do not find any case to be interfered with by this Court.

If there are any change of circumstances, which were not canvassed before the revisional Court, in that case, the petitioner would be at liberty to take out an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The Learned Trial Court would obviously consider the same in its proper perspective.

However, so far as the interference in respect of the order dated 15.5.2023 passed by the Learned revisional Court is concerned, I do not intend to interfere with the same, at this stage.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3022 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
