1. MAT/1569/2024 is directed against an order dated July 29, 2024.

2. Appeal was filed after obtaining leave to file the same without certified copy.

3. Appellant appears in person and submits that, although application for certified copy was made in time, the certified copy of the impugned order is yet to be issued to him.

4. Department will ensure that, the certified copy of the impugned order is made available to the appellant expeditiously.

5. By the impugned order dated July 29, 2024, learned Single Judge noted that the matter was listed at the instance of the Court. Learned Single Signed By :

Judge allowed the prayer made on behalf of the appellant for a day's accommodation and directed the matter to be listed on July 31, 2024.

7. In such circumstances, MAT 1569 of 2024 along with IA CAN/1/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.
