1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The statement of the de facto complainant directly implicates the petitioners along with other co-accused for the physical assault on the victim and subsequently succumb to his injury.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. 4.

The petitioners, however, shall be at liberty to surrender before the Trial Court.
