1. The representation made by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Malda way back in March, 2024 is pending consideration.

2. Without entering into the merits of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate to consider the said representation in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and by passing a reasoned order.

3. Steps shall be taken at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation received in the office of the District Magistrate on 19th March, 2024 along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
