Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is in custody for 416 days. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, the petitioner was absconding for four years. The next date is tomorrow for the purpose of framing of charges. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 8613 of 2021 is dismissed.
