Order dictated by Apurba Sinha Ray, J.:

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for one year one month. He has been falsely implicated. He may be enlarged on bail on any condition in view of the fact that the investigation is complete. 2.

Learned State Advocate opposes the bail prayer. He submits that charge has already been framed and the next schedule for recording of evidence is on November 5, 2024. 3.

We have gone through the materials on record and found that there are sufficient incriminating materials against the present petitioner.

In view of the gravity of the charge and the possible extent of complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage. 5.

CRM (DB) 2596 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
