But considering that the petitioner is not present to pursue his writ application, the CAN 1 of 2025 stands dismissed. As none appears for the petitioner on repeated calls, the writ petition is dismissed for default. WPA 18757 of 2018 is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
