I have considered the contents of the information so furnished with the Inspector-in-charge of Berhampore Police Station which contains allegations of assault.

Considering the time-frame which has passed in the meantime and the records reflecting that a title suit being TS 212 of 2024 is pending before the

learned Civil Judge, Junior Division (Additional), Berhampur, I am of the opinion that in case the petitioner faces further inconveniences, he would approach the jurisdictional police station and/or jurisdictional court with necessary prayers.

The concerned court or, for that purpose, the Inspector-in-charge of Berhampore police station will take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20164 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
