Subhasish Pachal, learned advocate Court No. 22 01.02.2024 (Item No. 1) (AB) submits that while mentioning the matter for nonprosecution mistakenly the writ petition number was wrongly handed over to Court by him. Accordingly, WPA 20909 of 2017 is appearing wrongly under the heading "To be mentioned" for non-prosecution in the cause list successively.

The said writ petition is directed to go out of this list.

The correct number of the writ petition should be WPA 29909 of 2017 and the same shall appear under the heading "To be mentioned" on February 5, 2024 for non-prosecution.

None appears for the respondents.
