Court fees in respect of the petitioners have been paid against GRN 192022230117034048 dated 8th September, 202.

The petitioners allegation is that though they have B.Ed. degree and they have joined the schools on 2020, there are not getting their scale for trained teachers. The petitioner no. 1 has filed one representation to the District Inspector of Schools

(Primary Education) which is at page 184 of the writ application.

I direct the said District Inspector of Schools (PE) to consider the said representation after hearing the petitioner no. 1 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned and speaking order. Copy of the reasoned and speaking order is to be given to the petitioner no. 1 within a period of two weeks from the date of such hearing.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
