Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred, the daughter of the petitioners has been recovered by the police authorities. A second grievance has been expressed by the petitioners that no FIR has been registered against the miscreants. Be that as it may, report submitted by the police authorities reflects that Polerhat P.S. Case No.53 dated 06.05.2025 under Section 137(2) of the BNS was registered for investigation.

Having considered that both the grievances of the petitioners have been addressed by the police authorities, petitioners would ventilate rest of their grievance before the jurisdictional court in seisin of the issue.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19561 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
