Mr. Suman Dey ...for the State Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ...for the WBCSSC The petitioner submits that his transfer application made on 1st November, 2011 has been returned by the School for the reason that his application is more than 10 per cent of the number of teachers after some teachers of the school got transfer. However, learned advocate for the petitioner disputes that. Hence I direct the District Inspector of Schools to take a decision in this regard after holding a meeting of the petitioner and the school within a period of four weeks from the date of service of copy of this order and to pass one reasoned order impartially within a period of two weeks thereafter.

It is the further allegation of the petitioner that one Partha Samanta who is junior to the petitioner, has been granted no objection and has been transferred. This aspect is also to be looked in to by the District Inspector of Schools for which he shall

call for records from the school and he will take appropriate decision in this regard following the rules.

With this direction, the matter is disposed of. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
