1. This writ petition pertains to the recently concluded panchayat election.

2. It is not in dispute that the present petitioner had already filed an earlier writ petition. Therefore, it will be well open to the petitioner to canvass all grounds in the pending writ petition, which has been directed to be listed for hearing on 24th August, 2023 and we find no reason to entertain this writ petition as it would only result in multiplicity of proceedings.

3. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties

expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
