Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, there are proceedings for issuance of warrant of arrest against the petitioner. He submits that, the poppy seeds were being cultivated on the land belonging to the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner after the demise of his father inherited the property where poppy seeds were cultivated. Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 8621 of 2021 is dismissed.
