Having heard the submission of learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, the revisional application is disposed of directing the court below to adhere to the provision available in CRO for the reconstruction of the case records of Title Suit No.92 of 2004, taking cooperation from either of the parties to this case, if no exercise is taken in the meantime by the court below. Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite parties and their learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
