It appears from record that for the redressal of grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation on 1st July, 2023 being Annexure P-12 to the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 19503 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 1st July, 2023, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his

authorized representatives within, four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the representation of the petitioner and the same shall be considered by the respondents strictly in accordance with law.
