2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the orders passed by this Court on 08/08/2024 and 21/08/2024 have been complied with by the alleged contemnors. The alleged contemnor no. 3 is represented.

3. In view of the fact that the orders passed by this Court have already been complied with by the alleged contemnors, no further order needs be passed in this regard.

4. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
