Prima facie from the report, it reflects that the club and the community will organize the Durga Puja in their respective places.

In view of the petitioners being allowed to perform and organise the Durga Puja, presently, the grievance of the petitioners seems to be addressed. In view of the aforesaid, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 19260 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
