It is submitted that the matter has been amicably settled by both the parties before the Mediator. The report of the Mediator is furnished in another proceeding and the proceeding pending before the Court of learned Magistrate has been quashed in terms of that.

The instant revisional application was filed by the present petitioner (appears in person) being the wife for quashing of the proceeding being Howrah P.S. Case No.442 of 2018 dated 20.8.2018 in connection with G.R. Case no.4593 of 2018 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Municpal Court, Howrah under Section 341/323/505/34 of the IPC.

The revisional application was filed by the petitioner/husband and other in-laws for quashing of the proceeding pending before the Court of learned Judicial

Magistrate, 1st Class, Minicipal Court, Howrah arising out of Howrah P. S Case no.140 of 2019 dated 4.4.2019 corresponding G.R. Case No.1512 of 2019 under Section 498A/323/506/34 of the IPC.

In veiw of the settlement so arrived and on the consent of the both the parties, this revisional application is hereby disposed of.

The entire proceeding so pending before the Court of Magistrate stands quashed against all the petitioners. 6.

The case diary be returned immediately to the concerned learned advocate to the prosecution.
