It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during pendency of the writ petition, the concerned authorities have paid the compensation to the petitioners.

In view of the same, the cause of action in the present writ petition ceases to exist and nothing further remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 20626 of 2021 is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
