Mr. Sen enters appearance on behalf of the State respondents and files a report. Let the same be kept on record. A copy of the same as well as the earlier reports filed have already been handed over to the appellant. Mr. Sen submits that one of the vehicles seized from Manipur has already been handed over to the appellant and the other one has been re-seized in connection with Thoubal P.S. Case no. 43 of 2020 as per order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoubal, Manipur. In view thereof and as prayed for on behalf of the appellant, the appeal and the connected application are disposed of with liberty to the appellant to take appropriate steps before the competent forum, in accordance with law.
