Nilam Halwain (Through Video Conference) This second appeal was dismissed on merits on 25th January, 2021. However, the matter is appearing in the list so that the department shall remove the defect and classified as 'Second Appeal'. Accordingly, the order dated 25th January, 2021 should be treated to be an order passed in SA 2 of 2021 (formerly wrongly numbered as 'FMAT 928 of 2019').

The department shall make proper correction and record note of this order.
