The learned advocates for the petitioners, opposite party No.2 and State submits that the instant revisional application arising out of Howrah Police Station Case No. 449/2011 dated 30.11.2011 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code which gave rise to G.R. Case No. 6809 of 2011. The learned advocate for the petitioners has filed a certified copy of an order passed by the Coordinate Bench in CRR 1392 of 2020 whereby the entire proceedings of the aforesaid Howrah Police Station Case No. 449/2011 dated

30.11.2011 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code which gave rise to G.R. Case No. 6809 of 2011 has been quashed. On the ground of compromise and the settlement arrived by and between the accused and the victim. Let the aforesaid order be kept on record. Since the proceedings in connection with G.R. Case No. 6809 of 2011 has been quashed. The instant revisional application and connected application have become infructuous and accordingly disposed. Pursuant to the receipt of the notice, the petitioners as well as opposite party No. 2 is present in Court today. Their personal appearance is noted and dispensed with. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
