Mr. Tulsidas Maiti Ms. Namita Basu ...for the petitioner Mr. Rajarshi Basu Mr. K.M. Hossain ..for the State The petitioner prays for arrear pension for conversion of his account from CPF to GPF. He has been given pension from the date of deposit of all the money which was paid to him against his CPF. But the pension is given only from date of refund of money. He is entitled to get pension from date following the date of retirement. Arrear pension should be given within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. However, the petitioner has submitted that he does not want any interest of the arrear pension amount.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
