1. In this PIL the petitioners have prayed for following relief.

2. The entire relief is relating to functioning of a Society. The public at large is nothing to do with the function of a particular Society.

3. Thus, in our opinion, it is not a PIL.

4. The petition is dismissed accordingly.

5. However, this order will not come in the way of the petitioners to avail the appropriate remedy.
