The revisional application is not entertained at this stage, as it appears that challenging the order of maintenance pendente lite granted in favour of the wife and the minor children, a revisional application has been filed by the husband. Unless such issue is decided and the maintenance that would ultimately be granted by the court of competent jurisdiction is paid, the matrimonial suit for dissolution of marriage cannot be decided finally.

Hence, the revisional application is accordingly dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
