Mr. Dilip Chatterjee .... For the Union of India It is brought to the notice of the Court that typographical mistake has been crept up in the order dated 17.5.2024.

It is noticed that inadvertently in the cause title of the said order "Braj Kumar Singh -vs-The State of West Bengal & Others" is written in place of "Braj Kishore Singh -vs- Union of India and Others".

This mistake is apparent.

Let the correction be made accordingly.

Office is directed to take necessary correction in this respect.
