CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 2639 of 2012 In the matter of : Laxman Prasad Yadav .. .....petitioner. In Re : An application under Sections 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 25-05-2012 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Court, Calcutta. The order reflects that on consideration of the initial deposition of the complainant and the witnesses the learned Magistrate was pleased to dismiss the complaint under Section 203 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate and the observations that the disputes referred to are civil in nature and have been given the cloak of the criminal proceedings, I am of the view that the reasons so assigned is justified and proper and as such no interference is called for by this court.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2639 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
