Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in Title Suit No. 1528 of 2024, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Additional Court, Alipore was pleased to pass an order of ad interim injunction.

The police authorities are directed that as a matter of public policy, the order of the civil court be obeyed till the same is varied or altered by the same court or the superior court. In the meantime, no breach of the peace should take place at the subject-matter of dispute at the instance of either of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 20169 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
