The learned advocate for the State is present. The report filed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai, Purba Medinipur through the District Judge, Purba Medinipur stated that the Patashpur Police Station Case No. 17 of 2009 had been transferred to the 3rd Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Contai for disposal on 12.07.2010.

The report further stated that on 16.01.2018 17 accused persons including the present petitioner had been acquitted under Section 248(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
