-Vs- Sri Swapan Roy The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 11.5.2012 passed by the Learned Executive Magistrate at Barasat in connection with MP 1424 of 2012 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Having regard to the time constraints which are provided in the provisions relating to Section 144 of the Cr.P.C., I am of the view that the main proceedings before the Ld. Executive Magistrate has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 2649 of 2012 is dismissed Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
