ct. no. 34 CRR 2654 of 2012 (via video conference) Jitendriya Senapati -VsThe State of West Bengal The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings being complain case No.11772 of 2007 pending before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate 7th Court, Kolkata under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

Having regard to the issues which have been canvassed in the revisional application, I am of the view that the same question of facts which are to be agitated before the Trial Court. As such no interference can be made by the court at this stage. Accordingly, CRR 2654 of 2012 is dismissed Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
