The revisional application was preferred at a stage when the investigation of the case was under progress. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report that on conclusion of investigation chargesheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court and the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah is proceeding with the case in accordance with law.

Having regard to the change of circumstances, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

The application being CRR 2655 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
