Petitioner has prayed for waiver of the conditions of the bail imposed on 09.09.2025 by the Co-ordinate Bench. So far as the police report is concerned, it reflects that there has been no violation of the conditions. However, the police report does not reflect the progress of the trial. Bail was granted when charge sheet was submitted. In case, the evidence of the victim and her relations have already been examined, the petitioner will inform the Trial Court and the learned Trial Court will allow the petitioner to enter the jurisdiction. In such circumstances, the condition for not entering the jurisdiction will be deemed to be waived. Needless to state petitioner will take out an appropriate application before the learned Special Court.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
