1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the record.

2. The mater relates to floating of notice inviting etender dated 20th March, 2025 by the office of the District Magistrate and Collector, South 24Parganas (ICDS).

3. According to the e-tender notice, the technical bid was to be opened on 7th May, 2025.

Submission of the petitioner is that the tender process has not been finalized till date.

4. Prayer has been made to direct the authority to finalize the tender process.

5. Learned advocate representing the State respondents submits, upon instruction that, the delay in finalization of the tender process has occurred due to transfer of the officers. It has been submitted that the tender process will

be finalized latest within a period of two months.

6. The date of opening the bid as mentioned in the notice inviting e-tender expired long back.

7. Hence, the authority is directed to take prompt necessary steps to finalize the tender process at the earliest but positively within the bid validity date.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
