1. Affidavit of service filed is taken on record.

2. With the consent, finally heard.

3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties reached to a consensus.

4. It is agreed that this petition may be disposed of by permitting the petitioners to resubmit the representation dated 04.08.2025 along with copy of this order before respondent no.3 within 15 days from today and in turn, the said respondent be directed to hear the petitioners, private respondents and all affected parties and take a decision in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

5. In view of the consensus arrived at, the petitioners may resubmit their representation dated

04.08.2025 (annexure P-3) along with copy of this order before respondent no.3.

6. In turn, the respondent no.3 shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, private respondents and affected parties and take a final decision in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within 60 days from the date of submission of the said representation.

7. With the aforesaid, PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits of the case.

8. Needless to emphasis that if the said authority finds any encroachment or illegality, he shall endeavour to clear the same expeditiously. ( SUJOY PAUL, J. ) ( SMITA DAS DE, J. )
