Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay, learned State counsel appears for the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 has submitted before this Court today that, the relevant Pension Payment Order issued by the respondent No. 3 in favour of the petitioner, the same is taken on record. A copy has also been made over to Ms. Sabita Khutia (Bhunya), learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the respondent No. 6 is directed to take necessary and consequential steps in the matter forthwith positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order strictly in accordance with law and after compliance of all the necessary formalities by the petitioner. On the above terms, this writ petition being W.P.A. 20636 of 2021 stands disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
