1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner/bank alleges that the application filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act before the District Magistrate, Hooghly has not been considered and disposed of till date.

3. Learned counsel representing the State respondents has produced a copy of the order dated 28th August, 2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Hooghly wherein it has been mentioned that the prayer of the authorized officer of the bank was considered and rejected due to nonsubmission/production of the relevant documents.

4. A copy of the said order is taken on record.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioner/bank is not aware of the aforesaid order. A copy of the order has been handed

over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today.

6. It will be open for the petitioner/bank to take necessary steps for redressal of its grievances in accordance with law.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
