It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. A large volume of opium poppy plants cultivated by the petitioner was recovered. Materials on record show petitioner in conspiracy with co-accused viz. Nurul Sk. was cultivating opium poppy for illegal consumption. In the view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.
