The present writ petition of the year 2010 has been preferred by the petitioner praying for necessary directions upon the respondents restraining them from disturbing with regard to the service of the petitioner as Muslim Marriage Registrar in the jurisdiction of the Uluberia Police Station.

There is no representation on behalf of either side since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

WPA 16475 of 2010 is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
