The medical team of the R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital constituted by this Court has submitted a report. The report confirms the injuries indicated in the post mortem report. The original medical report filed in Court today is handed over to the investigating officer for being kept in the case diary.

The petitioner's statement under section 164 of the CrPC has been recorded. The investigating officer may record any further statements as may be deemed necessary.

After due consideration of the evidence and materials on record, the investigating officer shall be at liberty to add further and other sections of the IPC or the concerned statue to the FIR, if necessary.

Let the investigation into the subject FIR being Madhyamgram Police Station Case No.334 of 2022 dated 12th July, 2022 be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from date. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
