Referring to Annexure P-3 at page 16 being a communication dated September 27, 2022 written by the respondent No. 3 to the Jurisdictional Circle Project Co-ordinator, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, though the hearing had taken place on September 29, 2022 as indicated therein and the petitioner had participated therein but no reasoned order as yet been passed and served upon the petitioner.

Vimal Kumar Shahi, learned State advocate appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 6.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the materials on record the respondent No. 3 is directed to pass his reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner positively within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Since affidavits are not called for the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been admitted by the respondents.

On the above terms, this writ petition being WPA 19557 of 2023 stands disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
