It is submitted by the learned advocate for the alleged contemnor that the order of self-demolition has been passed with regard to the unauthorized construction. The person responsible has been asked to demolish the construction within 15 days, failing which the Corporation shall take steps in accordance with law.

The order of demolition dated July 14, 2022 has been produced before the Court.

Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the contempt application.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. The contempt proceedings are dropped.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
